Laptop/ DVD Player/External DVD Loan Agreement

Obligation

1. I promise to  use the equipment only within the Library for Social Sciences, Management and Education and to return it to the Circulation Desk no later than an hour before the library closes.
2. I promise to be responsible for the equipment and to be the only user of it – not to lend it to anybody else.
3. I promise to use this equipment carefully.
4. I promise to return the equipment, including all the accessories in the bag in good working order.
5. I am responsible for any damage done to the equipment or any of its parts including if it is stolen from the library during the time it is in my possession and I also acknowledge that I must compensate the Library for Social Sciences and Management for any damage done to the equipment as determined by the university.  
6. I understand that the library is not responsible for maintaining the data in the laptop and it is  my responsibility to save my files elsewhere.
7. I understand that the files or programs on the laptop that were loaded by me will be   erased when the computer is turned off.
