I would like to find a specific book...

In the search box of DaTA, type in the name of the book, the author's name or both.  It is possible to type in part of the title of the book or author's name.

You have received all the publications in the libraries of Tel Aviv University and the databases which contain your search terms.

Refine your results with the help of the possibilities shown on the left side of the screen. For example, you can filter by "material type" or by "Library".

Click on "Locations & Requests" in order to find the book.

The first column denotes the location of the book on the shelf. The second column shows the name of the collection in the library. The third column indicates how long the book may be borrowed .  In this column, you will also see if the book has been taken out and the date of expected return.

Click on the tab "View online" for books which have an electronic version. When you click this tab, a new window will open where you will find a connection to the book.

Important:  In order to view electronic materials from home, you need to have Remote Access
