Lost or damaged item
A borrower who returns a book which has been damaged will pay either for the repair of the book or the value of the book – according to the decision of the director of the library. In addition, the borrower will pay a handling fee according to the fees for library services.
A person who loses a book is required to replace it or if it is not possible to replace it, the reader will be required to pay the value of the book as determined by the book acquisition section. In addition, the borrower will pay a handling fee.
In the case of damages, loss or theft of computers or other equipment or parts of the equipment , the borrower will be required to compensate the library as determined by the library director.
