Request to borrow a book from another university
This form is intended for teaching staff and graduate students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Management, School of Education and the School of Social Work.
The request for borrowing privileges will be given until October 31 of the current year or until the end of validity of the reader's card, whichever comes first.
